Mushroom Dulet Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 cups of chopped white mushrooms
- 1/2 tablespoon of mitmita (Ethiopian spice blend)
- 1/2 tablespoon of cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 diced jalapeño (optional, adjust to spice preference)
- 2 small sweet bell peppers, diced
- Rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the chopped white mushrooms to the pan until they are tender and cooked through.
4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in the mitmita, cardamom, and salt. Mix well to combine the flavors.
6. Add the diced jalapeño and sweet bell peppers to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the peppers are slightly softened.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh rosemary.
9. Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course with injera or bread.
