  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional for heat)
  • 2 small sweet bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
